Power Shield

Power protection is a preset feature across the full standard series of SSD products. When the external voltage environment fluctuates, the voltage detection circuit (VDT) inside the controller automatically activates the power protection function. This causes the SSD controller to halt acceptance of new write commands, thereby preventing damage to the internal firmware and data stored in the flash memory.

Supports creating a logical partition for storing important data. Users can specify a special LBA range via protocol commands, and data subsequently written to this LBA range will always be stored in SLC mode, ensuring high reliability.
