Sales Department: North China Sales Manager

R&D Department: R&D Test Engineer

Responsibilities:
● Participate in the design and execution of test processes for NAND Flash storage product R&D projects, ensuring product functionality and performance meet technical specifications;
● Write test cases and execute test tasks, record test results, assist in issue localization and resolution;
● Support the development and optimization of test tools and platforms to improve test efficiency and coverage.

Requirements:
● Familiar with software or hardware testing processes, strong logical analysis and problem diagnosis skills;
● Basic programming ability, capable of using common testing tools for functional and performance testing;
● Basic understanding of NAND Flash storage products or related technical R&D fields, with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies;
● Good communication and collaboration skills, able to efficiently complete tasks within a team.

R&D Department: Embedded Software Engineer / Firmware Engineer

Responsibilities:
● Responsible for the design and development of FTL algorithms for NAND storage products;
● Responsible for performance/power analysis and optimization of NAND storage product firmware;
● Responsible for the design and development of firmware for front-end communication protocols of SSD/SD/eMMC/UFS products;
● Support customer product-related issues;
● Support NAND Flash die screening issues.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in storage product development/maintenance preferred;
● Familiarity with front-end communication protocols of SSD/SD/eMMC/UFS products preferred;
● Solid understanding of NAND Flash storage products or related technical R&D fields, with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies;
● Good English reading ability, good communication and collaboration skills, able to efficiently complete tasks within a team.

Supply Chain Department: PMC

Responsibilities:
● Responsible for real-time inventory (in/out/stock) management for all product lines; perform sales analysis and make corresponding replenishment or inventory clearance decisions to adjust inventory structure;
● Monitor competitors and market trends in real time, conduct market research and competitive analysis, and develop production plans and product pricing in line with the company’s development strategy;
● Participate in new product development, sample confirmation, and follow-up on mass production quality and delivery timelines.
